1. The Noxxara Service

Noxxara is a platform designed to help you connect with others who share your interests, hobbies, studies, or professional background. You can create a profile, join or follow communities (“Circles”), share experiences, and explore inspiring content.

2. Platform Funding

Noxxara is currently free to use and does not display advertisements. In the future, we may introduce optional features, such as:

• Interest-based recommendations or ads
• A paid subscription to disable ads
• Premium features for community growth

3. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to learn how we handle your personal data.

4. Your Responsibilities

To keep the platform safe and welcoming for all users, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and honest information in your profile
• Respect other users and their content
• Not share illegal, harmful, misleading, or infringing material

You must be at least 13 years old to use Noxxara. If you are under 18, you must have consent from a parent or guardian.

5. Rights You Grant Us

You retain full ownership of the content you create and upload. By posting content, you grant Noxxara a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and adapt it for the purposes of operating the platform. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.

6. Content Moderation & Account Actions

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or disrupt the safety and integrity of the platform. We aim to inform you before taking such action unless immediate intervention is required.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to offer a reliable and secure platform, Noxxara is not responsible for:

• Temporary service interruptions
• User-generated content
• Events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, cyberattacks)

For users in the EU, your local consumer laws apply. For business use, Dutch law applies, with the courts of Amsterdam having jurisdiction.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our platform or legal obligations. You will be notified of significant updates at least 30 days in advance. By continuing to use Noxxara after such updates, you agree to the revised Terms.
